Egham, 27th April 2009 Storage media specialist, Verbatim, is launching a range of hardware-encrypted USB drives, solid state drives (SSD), portable hard drives and software-encrypted DVD discs that prevent the data saved on them being viewed by unauthorised people if they are ever lost or stolen. The products are suitable for anyone needing to carry sensitive material in a digital format from government officials and hospital employees to company executives and administration staff. Verbatim will be presenting the new range at the Infosecurity Show, Earls Court, London, (stand E100) on 28-30 April.

Verbatim Unveils New Store 'n' Go Micro USB Drives

Egham, 28th January 2009 Verbatim is presenting its new family of Store 'n' Go Micro USB drives a range of ultra-small, ultra-rugged USB devices providing storage of up to 8GB of data. Measuring only 30mm long, 12mm wide and 2mm thick, the drives weigh a miniscule 1,2 grams and are designed to be attached to a key ring, PDA or cell phone, enabling data to be carried with unlitmate convenience. The new drives come in a range of vibrant colours and are available now in stores with capacities of 2GB (orange), 4GB (green) and 8GB (purple).

Instead of a tiresome cap, the new Retractable System offers convenience and protection. Storage capacities ranging from 1GB up to 16GB together with high read and write speeds make it possible to easily carry important personal data, for example music, pictures and presentations with you all the time. The new models are available now in retail stores. Price is between seven and 90 Euros (RRP).
